SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Isle 01. Below is a summary of our shipping practices.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard International Shipping — 8 to 15 business days
Express International Shipping — 4 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to change during peak periods, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

FREE SHIPPING
We currently offer free standard international shipping on orders over USD $99.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Isle 01 is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Isle 01 is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.
