PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days
Express International Shipping: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, customs processing, or unexpected carrier delays.

FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer free standard international shipping on orders over USD $99.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

ISLE01 is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ISLE01 is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first.
