Where do you ship?

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Standard international shipping usually takes 8–15 business days, while express international shipping usually takes 4–8 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us at isle01studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Customs fees, duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at isle01studio@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
